Pre install questions
« on: February 08, 2007, 04:10:31 AM »
Hi Guys,

I'm currently using @Mail and I hate it. I need to know if RoundCube can do the following...

- Import email addresses from a electronic format (i.e. CSV)
- Support multiple domains
 - i.e. I have 30 sites which I host, can I have one install of RoundCube at say, webmail.mycompany.com that all the clients can use to login to their accounts? I have only 1 pop3 / smtp server)
- Does it support SMTP Authentication
- Can it work without requiring the domain has a 'catchall' address? i.e. I've setup 3 POP3 accounts and I want users to login using those accounts, not using a catchall and then RoundCube does the filtering.
- Has built in security - i.e. doesn't show images in HTML emails without being approved by the user.
- Fully supports attachments etc..
- Have an admin web front end for adding / removing accounts / doing anything remotely admin-ish!

Cheers.

OK, not a good sign.

Is this project actively developed at the moment?

So it only works with IMAP then?

That's a Shame.
