Problems with login

Hi all,

I do have some problems to login to roundcube. I created a user under confixx and I would like to login with that user in roundcube, but it's not possible I get always: login failed

if I use the same login informationââÂ,‰Â,,¢s in the confixx webmail it works ...

any ideas and suggestions for my problem ?

Is the user an actual IMAP user?
Did you set "auto_create_user" to TRUE in the config file?

I'm having the same problem, for an existing user. I've tried every login/password combo I can think of that applies to the site, but still no go.

That auto_create_user thing...will that erase an account and everything under it?

No, it will add a row to a database if the user isn't in it already and that's it.
