Email notes plugin

Hi,

Iam new in forum

From 3 hours iam loocking for plugin, use for add personal notes to email,
For example when I'am recive email from customer i can mark "Solved, not solved, customer called etc"

Could you help me ?

hmmm... I don't think there is such a plugin for Roundcube. You can try sticky_notes which certainly does something very close to what you want. Every time you edit an email or note, it keeps a history record of it. So you can basically edit a note 100 times and it will have a history record of all those edits. I use it myself for a very similar propose. I copy or move (mostly copy them in case I need to reply my customer's email) emails to my Notes folder and go from there.
