How to Format a new composing email ??

Hello,

I have successfully installed RoubCube on my domain, but there is a big problem !! i dont see any option to format my emails which i would like to write !! no format tool bar is visible any where...

Does it have the option to format like Color or Bold your emails or my users just have to send plain text emails ??

I wolud also like to know if there's an option or an addon for rc so you can format e-mail.
