moving my cpanel roundcube e-mail from my previous host to justhost

following a disagreement with my previous web designer and host i have moved my site to justhost now i need to retrieve my old  cpanel e-mails and contacts all they have sent me is a disc which they say has my emails on it  along with a jumbled mess of what is meant to be my website i have the original url address for roundcube any suggestions

If you have the cPanel backup file it should have all of your emails included, just have your new host import the backup file.
