Hello, some help for a proper noob please
« on: December 09, 2013, 07:17:55 PM »
Hi, I have tried searching and failed to find any existing thread for answers to what I suspect is some basic stuff.

I have needed to point my domain to a third party provider to support a better online store. As soon as that happened I lost incoming mail to my Roundcube accounts. In trying to configure the new providers email management I am asked for Roundcubes IP address and MX settings, I can't find them, can someone point me in the right direction please.

Cheers

Hefty

RoundCube is a webmail application not a service, there for there isn't one IP/MX. You need to figure out where RoundCube is installed (maybe on your old host?) and ask them for support.
