Folder Problem, Reply Messenge failure

Hi.

I've got a problem with the folders, there are two folders, but i've deleted them, now they are always there and i can't delet them again where can i delet them?

there's a probleme with the messenge, if somebody read my mail, he is asked if he want's to send a "read messenge" but the messenge never comes back, i tested it.
