SMTP Error 450

SMTP Error (450): Failed to add recipient "*****@*******.com.ph" (4.1.2 <********@******.com.ph>: Recipient address rejected:

I was able to setup my open source iredmail successfully, but there's an error (above).
My var/spool/postfix/etc/resolve.conf : name server was the same as /etc/resolve.conf

The email domain above is my existing email server on my company w/c is connected my DMZ Zone,
and my open source iredmail is installed inside my network using IP of my DNS Server for LAN using different email domain.
