cant delete old messages or save sent messages

Help please. I have tried to delete old messages and I get a message saying :Server user. UID Copy Quota exceeded mailbox for user is full. I get same message when sending message as it wont save copy of sent messages in my folder. Don't know what to do to free up this space. Thanks Joy

Shift+Delete should delete without moving to Trash.

Have tried but message still comes up. I can't free any space until I can delete old sent messages which are over 4000. At the bottom of the left side of the roundcube page the circle with percentage by it says 100% so I assume I am at maximum capacity. Any it her ideas? Thanks

Is the message still the same? When you press shift and delete at the same time it should execute a different command to just pressing delete on its own.

You could also try contacting your host, they should be able to do it.
