Emails and invoices sent go to spam or junk

Hello,

I have sent numerous emails that go to spam or junk is there anything i can do on my end to correct this problem from persisting? It gets to be annoying having to follow up on every single email and or hoping it got to there in box. Thanks in advanced Trevor :)

Make sure Roundcube is setup to be using SMTP if its not email are being sent using the PHP mail() function which has a higher chance of causing email to be flagged has spam in most cases.

and how do we do that? I don't see an option in settings?

If your using Roundcube 1.3.0 or above its no longer possible to use PHP's mail() function for sending mail so that should no longer be a problem. If your still having problems with emails being flagged as spam make sure all the DNS settings are correct for the domain your sending the email from.

You might try this also https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
to see if your SMTP server is on one of the blacklists.
