Who is responsible for Spanish translations @transifex?

Hi,

I have registered at transifex to try to help with something that has me really concerned... The Spanish translation for es_ES has degraded considerably, specially plugins translations. I would like to get in touch with the good friends responsible for maintaining the translations to try to help and share some ideas.

Are translators available only at transifex? Should I try to communicate with them by using transifex messaging only?
