This is not a description of a problem, it is a vague, meaningless, statement. People cannot help unless they know what is wrong...

Are there any errors displayed on the screen when you try and login?
Are there any JavaScript errors in the browser's console when you try and login?
Are there any errors in the Roundcube error log?
What version of Roundcube are you running?
Do you login via the regular login screen or via some other way?

If you are an end user it is a good idea to try contacting your provider first because they will know the details of their Roundcube setup including any customisations or special things they are using which might cause the problem and hopefully how to fix it. Roundcube is not your provider it is the name of the webmail software that your provider is using.

BTW I forget to say yesterday, if that was your password you posted then if you have not done so already I suggest you change it immediately.
