Problem with upgrade from v.0.9.2 to v.1.1.0

Hello,
I have a problem with upgrading my roundcube from version 0.9.2 to version 1.1.0 and can't find working solution.
After the upgrade (I'm using upgrade script) I can't open login page anymore, I receive blank white page with these lines in logs/errors

my server configuraiton are:
PHP 5.4.9
Zend engine v2.4.0
Apache 2.2.22

Try disabling all the plugins and see if the problem continues.

You should also update your plugins. The error you posted mentions an error on line 178 of contextmenu.php... there is no line 178 in recent versions of the contextmenu plugin.

I will try tonight to check are the plugins is also updated and with disabled plugins to see if this works and will post the results, thank you.
