Showing Quota Error

You seem to be using Courier for IMAP so thats where you need to be looking.

authtest user@domaine.com
Authentication succeeded.

     Authenticated:user@domaine.com  (uid 5000, gid 5000)
    Home Directory: /var/spool/vmail/
           Maildir: domaine.com/user
             Quota: 10250000
Encrypted Password: cxlCuq3RvE/as
Cleartext Password: (none)
           Options: (none)


Here the quota is good. But in roundcube there is nothing...

Its not Roundcube's fault, your mail server isn't returning a quota when Roundcube asks for it. Maybe you should ask for support on a Courier forum since they would be more knowledgeable about what may need to be changed.
