Migrating from squirrelmail
« on: April 22, 2015, 04:48:37 AM »
Hi their,

I'm completely new here,

I have a question.
I'm trying to get the squirrelmail_usercopy plugin to work. But I keep bumping into nothing.
The plugin is loaded as I can see in the about.

I have setup the following. The old directory with all the .abook & .pref have been moved to a separate folder on the server with roundcube.
  • The abook files are | separated

I have configured the the config file as followed:
Code: [Select]
<?php

// Driver - 'file' or 'sql'
$config['squirrelmail_driver'] = 'file';

// full path to the squirrelmail data directory
$config['squirrelmail_data_dir'] = '/mnt';
$config['squirrelmail_data_dir_hash_level'] = 0;

// 'mysql://dbuser:dbpass@localhost/database'
$config['squirrelmail_dsn'] = 'mysql://user:password@localhost/webmail';
$config['squirrelmail_db_charset'] = 'iso-8859-1';

$config['squirrelmail_address_table'] = 'address';
$config['squirrelmail_userprefs_table'] = 'userprefs';

// identities_level option value for squirrelmail plugin
// With this you can bypass/change identities_level checks
// for operations inside this plugin. See #1486773
$config['squirrelmail_identities_level'] = 0;

// Set to false if you don't want the email address of the default identity
// (squirrelmail preference "email_address") to be saved as alias.
// Recommended: set to false if your squirrelmail config setting $edit_identity has been true.
$config['squirrelmail_set_alias'] = true;

After 3 tests on a production server I have moved to a test server with the exaxt same setup. But at first login it doesn't import the address book details to roundcube.

If their anything I can check or do to make this work?
