Problem adding logo to signature?
« on: June 06, 2015, 05:47:15 AM »
I'm having a problem with Roundcube sending emails with my signature.

I have set up the signature with the logo (links to a media file on my website), Roundcube even recognises the correct layout when i create a new email to send.

however...when i send the email it never arrives at its destination even though it is sat in the SENT folder. I've had no bounce backs, it just doesn't arrive!

the HTML work fine when copied and pasted (and sent) into other email applications that i have so I'm not sure why round cube has a problem.

...HELP!

Looking at that signature, I suspect that the destination email servers are discarding you messages as probably spam. Links like yours in signatures are often keyed on.

thanks for reply but what do you mean 'keyed on?' do you mean text only and no logo?

I would create my signature and just add a small image.  Using remote links can sometimes cause problems and I think that's what you are addressing here.
