I have an account in Sony 4

Email that has been registered Powered by roundcube

this is my email : PT6B5JT@email42.com

I can no longer access I do not know what the reason

The problem that I face is that Sony 4 sent Answer to security question to my email42 Can you help me, especially as it is not
There is no link to the support center

Roundcube is the name of the webmail software which your email provider is using to give you web based access to your email. For questions like this you need to contact your email provider.

If thats the case I'd suggest you find a new email provider. Hopefully you have some sort of backups of your email.

If you own the domain you should be able to repoint the domain to a different provider. If you don't own the domain and you can't get in contact with the person who does, I'm afraid your out of luck there isn't really anything you can do.
