I recently got a free hosting account with freehostingeu.com and roundcube comes with the email, but you see

"This email was sent from my http://freehostingeu.com/ web hosting account."

at the bottom of every email sent, and I was wondering if there is some hack you guys might know to get rid of it.

It depends on how there adding that. If there adding it at the mail sever there isn't anything you can do, if there adding it via Roundcube and you have direct IMAP access you can setup your own Roundcube instance.
