Stuck getting password plugin to work

I think I need the file in this thread:
http://www.roundcubeforum.net/index.php/topic,6429.msg26409.html#msg26409
but the link is bad.
I am following the directions from:
http://www.bluehostforum.com/showthread.php?20593-How-to-SimpleScript-install-of-Roundcube-with-working-password-plugin
I was trying to change the password and getting a blank page as described here:
http://www.roundcubeforum.net/index.php/topic,22918.0.html
I followed SKaero's suggestion and that fixed the problem. Now unfortunately when I attempt to change the password it shows.

Please help me to get this plugin working....

No when I cause the error it does not post anything to the log. Is seems like after I copied in the xmlapi.php file nothing further has gone to the log file.
