[PLUGIN] Roundcube Search Scope plugin

Hi everyone,
I'm new here, just wanted to share this very small plugin I've made that lets you set the default search scope in the searchbox - apparently Roundcube doesn't let you do that in configuration and I like to always have "All folders" set by default.

Configuration is very easy, just one parameter.
