Item missing in Czech translation

Hello,

The following line should be added to the labels.inc file for the Czech localization:


--- Code: ---$labels['sigbelow'] = 'Vkládat podpis pod citovaný text';

--- End code ---

The missing translation is causing the affected label to appear in English.

Thanks to whoever maintains the Czech translation.
