Privacy error

For several days I have been unable to access my webmail.There is a red cross on the padlock and red line through http. It says ' your connection is not private ' hackers may be trying to get info. Also says ' www.webmail.eu.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to www.webmail.eu.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be www.webmail.eu.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.You cannot visit www.webmail.eu.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later. Can anyone help a non tech savvy person with this ? Thankyou

This is not a Roundcube issue. Roundcube is the name of the webmail software used by your provider. You need to contact your provider for a solution.
