Whitelist and Blacklist plugins: are they available and where?

I recently worked for a small company that used Roundcube for mail and one of the features I used was Whitelists and Blacklists. My home ISP also happens to use Roundcube but uses neither white or blacklists. I would like to suggest these features for my home ISP. Where can I find them?
