how to direct messages into folders

How can I make certain emails bypass the inbox and go directly into a fold such as "Work" or what have you. I don't want my inbox loading up, want a way to sort them as they come. Help please!

You would need to setup mail filtering on your mail server, its not a Roundcube function.
