emails goes to junk

Hi all ,
I run into a problem with roundcube and need you guys help  , every time I get email from a special user , the email goes to junk , even his email is in my contact .

roundcube is only an imap client and out of the box it cannot do any kind of filtering so unless you have installed some client side filtering plugin into it then you need to the filtering on your mail server to see why that is happening.

Thank John for your usefull information , I have checked amavisd logs , all the senders are clear (no mark as spam ) , have you got any idea ?
