View / Folders & Subfolders

I'm new to roundcube, sorry for the multiple questions but I've spend days setting this up and trying to solve my own issues/questions but a couple have me stumped!  I have about 100 folders under my "inbox" some have subfolders (some don't) I have found some of the folders arbitrarily stay open (showing the subfolders) and some don't... I cant figure out the rhyme or reason?  Any suggestions?  I want them all to stay closed (for easier viewing/scrolling etc...)

The state is stored in user prefs. So, just close all and it should stay the same until you change it.

Yes, that is what I thought as well... I went into settings and clicked on folders and closed every single folder.  I logged out, and back in and the same random folders were open.
