Hello
since late the Euphonynet.be accounts from Belgium have been connected to Roundcube. We have no idea who did it, since Euphony as a company is gone for several years.
We can't access our mail anylonger and have no clue as to whom we turn with our questions. We need help.
Is anyone in the possibility to help?

If I had to guess "Euphonynet.be" was running the mail server and have since stopped. Sine they where the service provider there the only one who would have any information on what happen.

Hi Moderator,
thank you for your answer. I had come to the same conclusion thusfar. But since the logo of bluecube is now being used on the landingpage of webmail.euphonynet.be, I presume that someone maintaining that site, could help...?

Roundcube isn't a service its a webmail client that anyone can install and use so other then "euphonynet.be" no one else has any access or control over it.
