Round cube MobileView Plugin

Hi,
I am using RC 1.2.3 and successfully tested the Roundcube MobileView plugin (Melanie). Whats the minimum version of RC required to run the MobileView plugin?  Is it 1.2.3 itself? Whether it will work using LTS Version: 1.1.*?
