default folders missing... imposssible to creat them..

Hello, sorry for my english, i m french..
so i installed RC on a folder on my website ( WEB1 http://www.web1.fr)

i configure it , i can see my mail but just the inbox folder.
i tried to creat the trash and other and i have an error message.
i can't delete mail.And impossible to save new folder created.

i tried the ajax // on the index.php, i tried those things,
