When sending an e-mail to an outlook or hotmail address from our roundcube e-mail account there is not failure notice, the e-mail seems to be sent. Unfortunately the e-mail does never reach the recipient. What is strange is that the opposite way it works, we do receive the e-mails from outlook and hotmail addresses.
Can anyone help? It is really important and critical as we are often in mail contact with our customers/vendors and need to rely on our mails to be send properly.
