cc/bcc fields show by default

Hello, I just changed web hosting to Hostgator and am starting to work with Roundcube as my default webmail.  I like a lot about it but one feature that we use extensively is bcc which we use with Highrise task management system.  Every e-mail has a bcc: in it to send to Highrise folders.  Is there any way to set the bcc: and cc: fields to show all the time as default?  I see you can add a default bcc: address but we use many different bcc: addresses to assign to Highrise cases.  Thanks in advance.
