Hello,

We use Nethserver as our mailserver.  Nethserver allows us to also install Roundcube.  Is there a way from within Roundcube to setup a delegate?  What I mean by this is for example we have a general mailbox used by our secretary.  But the owners of the company also want to have access to not only their own personal mailboxes but also this general mailbox.  I've used other mail programs (Zarafa) that would allow me to set for the general mailbox delegates so they can see and manage mail from the general mailbox.

Please advise if I can do the same from within Roundcube and if the answer is yes how I can set this up.

Thank you.

Sounds like this needs handled at the IMAP level. Probably best to ask Nethserver. There could be differences in how they configured Roundcube and/or Dovecot.

Looks like Dovecot is the IMAP server. https://wiki.dovecot.org/SharedMailboxes/Shared

There is https://plugins.roundcube.net/packages/cor/dovecot_impersonate

It also must be setup at the IMAP level and is probably not what you want as it is intended more as a tech support tool used with user consent.
