Move 'Attach a file' button

I suggest to move the 'Attach a file' button to somewhere else to allow the mail text input area to be set to occupy as much as possible of the width of the display. In its present form it is unusable on a mobile phone as the text input area is just one narrow column not even a word wide with vast empty real estate to its right and this lonely button.
