Sending issue

Not sure what to do here but I attempted to send an abuse report to an isp, I included my log which was about 25-30 lines and when I hit send, it sat there and said sending message and didn't do anything.

Is there something I need to check? I checked the log files and couldn't figure out why it wasn't sending as there was nothing showing. If I send a test message it goes through fine.

Any idea's?

The roundcube errors log may have something in it.

Did you paste the log lines in the body of the email or as an attachment? Probably better as an attachment.

Could try disabling plugins to see if any of them is having trouble with the log lines.

I have nothing in any logs that I can find, I looked there before reporting here.

I only have 1 plugin installed that I selected when I installed it. It was the change password plugin and that's it. Was just wondering if anyone else had this issue. It sends fine when I keep it short but when I have a large email it just sits and says sending message for ever.
