Browser push notifications

One feature that I'd like to see is browser push notifications, it would be especially useful with the new mobile skin.

Not sure if that works with mobile, the idea would be to get push notifications through chrome on Android.

 https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/issues/6544

Not sure that would be be android notifications though.
