Display of EMail Data

I inadvertently did something that dropped the From and Time columns from the page showing EMails.  How did I do this and how do I reverse it?

The answer will depend on which skin you are using. I guess you are using either Larry or Classic or a third-party skin.

In Larry the gear icon at the left hand end of the header line of the message list gives you access to the field selector. In classic its similar, top left corner of the message list but its a table/column/field type icon. If its a third party skin then I guess may be ask the creator for support.
