Replace Contacts Panel in Compose Message

Is there a way to replace the contacts panel in Roundcube 1.3.8?  I don't know what version siteground uses but apparently there was no contacts panel in  compose for their version.  In it's place was the mailboxes.  Any way for me to swap out the contacts panel?

You could use skin extending to create your own skin with a custom template for the compose screen.
