Message have been sent , but nothing happens

Hello

I'm new here and to use roundcube . I've asked help to the host manager , but they take really long to answer , and it's really slow to solve the problems

I have installed Roundcube on ISPconfig , I log in , I send message for test ( for myself or my other gmail ) , it indicates that message have been successfully sent , I check , and nothing really happens  .
Before when I had problems with DNS , I was receiving an mail '' Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender '' , now i'm not receiving anything

I know that I need to past my logs here so anyone may help me , but I don't find them . I'm using Ubuntu
