Email not shows in any folders and cannot be sent
« on: May 09, 2019, 05:54:07 AM »
Hi,
for several years I have been using debian 8 jessie with ispconfig with postfix mysql dovecot roundcube 0.7.2.
Until two days ago it worked perfectly. Now the boxes seem empty, the settings do not work and even sending e-mails is not possible.
The servers work properly with access pop3 imap smtp.
The last update performed by /var/log/apt/history.log is: libjs-jquery: amd64 (1.7.2 + dfsg-3.2, 1.7.2 + dfsg-3.2 + deb8u6) I'm not sure the responsibility lies with this update.

In the log file (/var/log/roundcube/error) it seems there are no errors but only:
PHP Deprecated:  Deprecated: MDB2_Driver_mysql::isError() is deprecated, use MDB2::isError() in /usr/share/roundcube/program/include/rcube_mdb2.php on line 288 in /usr/share/php/MDB2.php on line 2001
Also /var/log/apache2/error is clear

Configuration is:
Debian 3.16.59-1 (2018-10-03) x86_64
mysql 5.5.62-0+deb8u1
php 5.6.40-0+deb8u2
server web Apache/2.4.10

I apologize if I do not use the forum correctly
Any suggest? many thanks
Aer

I had the same problem, and found your suspicion about the libjs-jquery update is correct.

I downloaded http://ftp.br.debian.org/debian/pool/main/j/jquery/libjs-jquery_1.7.2+dfsg-3.2_all.deb, then replaced jquery.js and jquery.min.js in /usr/share/javascript/jquery/ with the files from download and it is working again.

I can't display the changelog so no idea what the update was about...

Regards, Mark

Hi, Mark tanks for answer.
I confirm the problem shure from libjs-jquery last update. To day 18 may 2019 autofix with apt-upgrade.
