Parsing error upon install

I installed roundcube but i get this error when trying to access webmail

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /usr/local/cpanel/base/roundcube/config/db.inc.php on line 21

The line it refers to in the file should be this

$rcmail_config['db_dsnw'] = Â'mysql://root:Password@localhost/roundcubeÂ';

How do i resolve this error?
