Contacts - Import or LDAP

Are there plans for contacts import or LDAP integration?
I'm an Outlook user, and would like to switch to mostly webmail with Thunderbird.
Roundcube is offering a great UI and light featureset.
However, I see contacts there, would be nice to not have to start with 0 but to import CSV list, use LDAP etc.

Sorry, if that's so, where is the settings interface? I only see a greyed out icon.
Is this in the config file?
