How do I install a patch?
« on: March 03, 2008, 08:38:10 PM »
Good evening, all... I must admit, I'm one of those who put up with Squirrel Mail on the mac server because I didn't know anything better existed. However, with Leopard (and my disappointment that they kept the same pathetic web interface), I was driven to search for the best webmail replacement. To none of your surprise I'm sure, RoundCube was considered to be one of the best out there.

I must say, I was pleased at how easy it was to install, and I personally want to thank everyone out there who is adding nifty features and themes for it.

Along those lines of "nifty features", one that stood out was the patch which allows each user to pick their own personal theme. It looks like it has instructions to insert and delete lines of code, which I'm sure I could do manually, but I have a feeling there's a much faster way.

How does one install a patch in roundcube? Is there a command-line instruction that reads the file and executes each command?

Help?!?

Thanks.

Kris
