Solved: Attachments and MIME type
« on: January 11, 2008, 07:45:44 AM »
Running SVN 954:

When trying to open attachments, regardless of MIME type, they pop up in a new window and loads as MIME type html.
That means that jpg, pdf, doc etc. is impossible to open.
By clicking "save as", html is suggested file type.

What might be the problem here? Kind of stuck...

I have RoundCube installed at a web-hotel, and they support PHP5 and do have the PEAR library.

/eLC

Edit:

Solved by clean install - didn't find the bug.

This bug seems to be present in a fresh install of 0.1-stable also.

confirmed, I experience exactly the same behaviour in 0.1-stable. Most annoying. I did see a config option for the location of the mime magic file which was not correct for the Ubuntu box, but this didn't make any difference when I changed it.

Configuration:
Ubuntu 7.10
Apache/2.2.4
PHP/5.2.3
