Disable Identities?

How i can disable to add new identity's / new email adresses over web-interfaces?
I have searched in the roundcube webmail forum and in google but i don't found any answers.

If you're talking about adding automatically the webmail users to the roundcube database when they log in : see the config file, somewhere there is a config about autocreate identity. Set it to false.
