That does not mean that you can't also post it here. Feel free to post in both places. Users here might create a solution to the problem which Till or Thomas or other devs haven't gotten around to doing yet. So every little bit helps!!

How do I create a new post on this forum? Only ever been able to reply to existing forum messages!
Please give detailed info on how a new post is created.
