Import email data
« on: September 16, 2019, 05:00:24 AM »
Hello All,

I'm new to Roundcube and have installed Roundcube on a CentOS server.
I've been reading the manual but few things are unclear to me.
We are using Gsuite Business for e-mail. We have many disabled mailboxes of people who left. We would like to import the content of those disabled mailboxes into Roundcube so then we can remove the mailbox in Gsuite.

It's unclear to me if this is possible with Roundcube? The only functionality i need is importing the mail data en be able to read/search with the webinterface.

If someone can point me into the right direction to have this configured would be really helpful.

Roundcube has an import messages function but not anyway of importing entire mailboxes. To import an entire mailbox I would think that is better done directly on your IMAP server. Tools like imapsync can help with that.
Roundcube Plugins: Contextmenu, SpamAssassin Prefs, and moreā€¦
