I will start off by saying I have NO knowledge of coding nor computer lingo. I use roundcube for my website emails via ipage. I have not changed anything on my computer or ipage settings. But all of a sudden my roundcube timeout session is too short. It logs me out after 10 minutes of inactivity when just yesterday it would log me out after 10 hours! (possible exaggeration, but it really would be hours. I could go an entire 8 hour shift and only need to log in once at the beginning). I have been searching high and low for some answers but keep coming across computer lingo that I have no clue how to utilize. As I said, roundcube is provided to me via ipage, ipage does not have any email settings regarding this issue. Please help!
