Roundcube IMAP with local archive

Hi Guys,
I am totally new to Roundcube so please forgive me if my question is stupid :-)
I have configured Roundcube as a "proxy" to my email account (let say its google)
I have used manuals:
https://aeisha007.blogspot.com/2012/07/access-gmail-with-roundcube.html
and
http://jensd.be/628/linux/setup-roundcube-webmail-as-a-proxy-for-gmail
Everything that I want works fine. I use it as web read-only interface.
It runs on my local Ubuntu server.
My question is if there is possibility to create local folder (maildir) and connect it to Roundcube's interface - kind of archive?
Thanks for any explanation and tips.
Cheers,
Kris
