Mail Being Moved To Junk - Not Spam
« on: November 25, 2019, 06:51:07 AM »
Hi,

Incoming mail from a certain domain is being moved to my junk folder, i have set up the spam filter to move all mail from that domain to inbox however this seems to have no effect. Furthermore, i have looked at the headers of the email it is not being marked as spam and has a spam score of "-6.0" where spam requires 4.0.

The spam headers are the following

Code: [Select]
X-Virus-Scanned: clamav-milter 0.101.4 at webhost
X-Virus-Status: Clean
X-Antivirus: AVG (VPS 191023-2, 23/10/2019), Inbound message
X-Antivirus-Status: Clean
X-Spam-Status: No, score=-6.0 required=4.0 tests=DKIM_SIGNED,DKIM_VALID,
    SPF_HELO_PASS,SPF_PASS,USER_IN_WHITELIST autolearn=disabled
    version=3.4.2
X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.4.2 (2018-09-13)

Thanks

Somewhere in the mail server there must be a rule that is causing it to be moved, you'll have to find that rule and remove it. Roundcube doesn't handle filtering so its a problem in the mail server software stack.
