"config.inc.php: NOT OK" in Roundcube Webmail Installer (permissions ok)

Hi everyone!

This is very weird. I've been looking for a solution to this, and in many places, here included, everything seems solved changing the permissions. But it's not my case 

This is the visible error:



These are my permissions:


(I also tried with apache:apache and root:root)

And, also, I've read some posts regarding the locale that may cause that error, but I'm not sure about that, what do you think? These are mine. Some of them are in Spanish because I need to write in spanish in my mailserver (I know, maybe that's where I'm wrong, I'm not sure yet how locale works, but if that's the problem... I'm not sure how to solve it too):



This is what I have:
- GClouod Computer Engine with a micro VM
- CentOS 8
- Apache / MariaDB / PHP (all services up and running fine)

What else could it be the problem?

The above says clearly that apache can't read the file.

Oh, I didn't specified that, I'm sorry... I also tried with 755, and even 777 (!)

Well, in case that someone ends up here from somewhere else: I just moved from CentOS to Debian and now all works. So, no, I never really found out how to solve this. Sadly.
